Product Overview

SabreSeal NC is a premium 100% neutral cure silicone sealant designed for professional construction, HVAC and general trade applications.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it provides a permanently flexible, weather-resistant seal with excellent adhesion to a wide range of common building materials.

Once cured, SabreSeal NC remains permanently elastic and provides excellent resistance to UV radiation, weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone and temperature extremes.

Low VOC

SabreSeal NC has been independently tested for VOC content and meets New Zealand Green Building Council Green Star VOC requirements.

MPI Approved

SabreSeal NC is MPI approved for use in farm dairies and dairy processing premises when used in accordance with the product label.

It also holds MPI approval C 101 for use in premises processing animal products other than dairy, subject to the conditions of the approval.

Note: MPI approval for farm dairies and dairy processing does not permit use on milk or food-contact surfaces.

Limitations

Not recommended for:

• Structural glazing
• Below-waterline or permanent water immersion
• Traffic areas subject to abrasion
• Polycarbonate or polyacrylate under tension
• Applications where the silicone needs to be painted
• Neoprene rubber
