Product Overview

The Gripple XP2 Express Hanger is a fast, adjustable wire suspension system suitable for HVAC, mechanical and electrical applications.

Supplied as a ready-to-use kit, the XP2 features a keyless adjustment mechanism, allowing the suspension height to be quickly set and adjusted without a separate setting tool.

Each hanger is supplied with a 3 metre wire and loop end fixing, making it suitable for suspending from appropriate beams, purlins, roof trusses and other suitable structural fixing points.

Installation

The loop end fixing can be secured around a suitable structural support using a simple choke-loop arrangement.

The XP2 locking device provides rapid adjustment of the wire without requiring a separate adjustment tool.

A minimum of 75mm of tail wire must extend from the hanger after installation.

The supporting structure and fixing point must be suitable for the applied load. Always install in accordance with Gripple installation requirements and specified safe working loads.
