The Firepro FD40R Intumescent Fire Damper is designed for installation in ducting systems that pass through fire-rated walls and floors. Under normal conditions, the damper allows unrestricted airflow. In the event of a fire, the intumescent material expands rapidly to form a non-combustible insulating barrier, preventing the spread of fire and smoke.

• Internal circular grille contains intumescent material

• Supplied with fixing brackets for the most common installation methods
