SabreFix 805 is an aluminium foil-kraft facing tape which consists of 7-micron fil and 50gsm Kraft paper backing, combined with a high-performance solvent acrylic adhesive. Suited for a wide range of HVAC applications, including joining foil insulation, building wrap, sealing ducts and vents and pipe insulation.

AREAS OF USE

Extra strength backing allows for ideal joining and securing of foil faced insulation, building paper, vent and duct sealing. Suitable for insulating pipes up to 120oC. Excellent thermal insulation and heat reflection. Foil duct wrap tape.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface on which the tape is to be used on must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust. Remember that pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with the maximum possible pressure in order to achieve maximum adhesion levels.
