Farewell to an Airflow original - No Longer available
After more than 30 years, we’re saying goodbye to an Airflow original — our Flexible Reducer.
It’s one of those products that has simply always been here. Made in our workshop, sent all over New Zealand, and quietly doing its job for more years than we care to count!
But all good things eventually come to an end.
The person who has been making our Flexible Reducers for all these years has now retired, taking with him a fair bit of knowledge and know-how that you don’t find in an instruction manual.
At the same time, the raw material we use to manufacture them is no longer available.
So, with a little sadness and plenty of nostalgia, the last Airflow Flexible Reducers have now come off the bench and the product will be discontinued from our catalogue.
It feels like the end of a small era for us. Products come and go, but not many get to be part of a business for three decades.
To everyone who has ordered them, fitted them and kept us making them all these years — thank you.
We think they’ve earned their retirement too.
