The Andreae Standard filter is made of two pleated and perforated cardboard walls glued by their edges. The result of this unique design engineered by Andreae is the best disposable filter using the inertia separation principle. 
The inertia separation principle of the Andreae Standard filter is the key to capturing the overspray of paint, glue, resin, fiberglass, tar, teflon, oil, grease, or any other airborne liquid particle, efficiently. 
The paint particles are captured and retained outside the airstream in the holding pockets. Due to this separation the static pressure remains constant and the Andreae Standard filter lasts 3 to 5 times longer than fiberglass filters. 
Used in spray booth exhaust systems, the Andreae Standard Filter is 98.1% efficient with 19.5kg/m2 holding capacity. With optimum air velocity and recommended pressure drop.
