The Andreae Spray Booth Concertina filter is made of two pleated and perforated cardboard walls glued by their edges. The result of this unique design this is the best disposable filter using the inertia separation principle. 

The inertia separation principle of the Standard filter is the key to capturing the overspray of paint, glue, resin, fiberglass, tar, teflon, oil, grease, or any other airborne liquid particle, efficiently. 

The paint particles are captured and retained outside the airstream in the holding pockets. Due to this separation the static pressure remains constant and the standard filter lasts 3-5 times longer than fiberglass filters.

Used in spray booth exhaust system the Spray Booth Concertina Filter is 98.1% efficent with 19.5kg/m2 holding capacity, with optimum air velocity and recommended pressure drop.
